I obviously enjoy lifting weights. I have been taking lifting seriously for about 5 years now and it is my hobby. I like putting videos on here for many reasons. I like to view my progress, make cool friends on here, check my form, and have something to look back on. I am an "easy going" person and love meeting new lifters. I know there are some haters on here that like to criticize you when they don't have videos to back themselves up. Haters will always be the same and aggravate you anyway they can to make themselves feel better because of jealousy.

i dont want to max 300 because 300 is barely any gain over what iwas doing at 177. I'm rying for a 315 max and hopefully i can get it soon. I know i have 270x4 for 2 sets but hopeguly i an hit 5.still 4 wouldn't be too bad!

going for 2 sets of 4-5 with 270 next ebnch workout
hit 2 plates on 45 degree incline finally....although that's only a 5 pound pr from whn iwas 175..so im hoping to rep it soon.
hit 135x32 yesterday(old pr was 26) after 265 for 2 sets of 4 on bench
pwoercleans stil lahvent gone above 215..but trying 220-225 after squas and hojos owercleans this weeek
squats have been absolutely terribly weak..i d be lucky to bench squat 315.
