Certainly must be 95 as Todd Pettengill is still around. Todd had lost that old mullet he had by this time. He would be replaced by Michael Cole in 97.
Order of replacement is Mooney-Pettengill-Cole.

I had figured it had to before 97 as Todd Pettengill is still around. He clearly lost that mullet he had some time earlier. He would be replaced by Michel Cole in 97.
