My name is Jessy Lipke, I have a PASSION for fitness and dance! I have danced competitively since I was 5. Over my years of dance and at my school I saw my friends making bad choices with how they ate and didn't exercise. I began to see a real need for girls to have a leader in fitness and healthy eating, so I started Power Girl Fitness, with the help of my parents. Our motto is POWER - PASSION - PERFORMANCE. In less than a year it has become the World Leader in Fitness Solutions for Girls. Through it I will achieve my Mission to transform the lives of 1 million girls across the world, by helping them make Better Choices for a Better Body and a Better Life!
