Amidst the True Essence of Darkness
About Me:

I value the True Essence of Metal music and subculture. This channel is dedicated to sharing mostly underground, obscure and dark music, consisting of Black Metal, Death Metal, Technical Metal, Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal and many others. Such bands which dwell in a darkness unparalleled to others, and have an infernal aura within their music. It also serves as a place to converse with others about music, those who can comprehend the deeper beauty of this music.
Interests:
Into the overwhelming darkness they rode, with nothing but pain absorbing their thoughts. It was a pain they had suffered far too long; a pain they had to be rid of, at any cost to themselves or others. They were fully prepared for anything that may lay ahead, hiding in the shadows just waiting for their arrival. They could feel the presence of something, but just what it was, or what they were, could not be said. Only a faint presence. Perhaps slight paranoia as the result of their endless journey cast over many cruel nights, spent cold and hungry under the unforgiving stars. The darkness now swallowed them, pitting them at the mercy of whatever this presence really was. What followed their surrender to the darkness could only be described as the most horrible and abhorrent experience they would ever possibly imagine.
Books:
I admire many genres of literature, but my reading mainly consists of horror, psychological thriller, fantasy, science fiction and poetry. The Shining, A Game of Thrones, Ender's Game are just a few.

It's so hard making a pick like that, I'm sure I would be leaving some that I would love to include. Black Sabbath, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, Paranoid. From The Doors, The Doors, Morrison Hotel, Strange Days, Waiting for the Sun, LA Woman, The soft parade ahh I would pick the whole discography. Usually I like to taky my playlists into my car and just blast the volume with them cause I wouldn't be able to stay with just one album from certain bands. III, II, IV, Houses of the Holy and specially I always have to take with me this live album The song remains the same. What about you regarding Zeppelin brother? And The Who, Deep Purple, Van Halen, Mercyful Fate?

I can relate in some kind of way, during college the parent's pressure regarding studies has always been there but I think in the end once you have a wider view of what you want and what you are aiming for, they can understand any decision. Ohh that's a tough one, I like a lot the 70's Judas but I love the 80's Judas - early 90's as well. I would pick Defenders of the faith, British Steel, Painkiller and Sad wings of destiny. So hard to leave an album aside though. It's just like trying to pick one IM album, I would go for the piece of mind album but then I would need to pick powerslave and I can't go to powerslave if I'm not pickin' somewhere in time and I would need to go back to the number of the beast and then I would need to get killers! and so on.. so difficult

Lightfox177 (3 weeks ago)
blastin' some Priest n Maiden, that's one of my favourite combos
Although right now I've been stuck in a lot of Mercyful Fate, Death and Motorhead can't get enough of King Diamond. Sometimes the most bizarre combos and combinations pop into what I'm hearing in my car :P
That's cool, the key is just to do what you like and enjoy the most.
Hope you have a great evening brother \,,/

Thanks! Oh it was great, I had a chance to spend it with my girlfriend and family in LA. It was good and specially the weather change was very suiting since it we've been having really low temperatures here in Toronto. Don't get me wrong I love snow but the weather in LA was really good.
That's good, you're getting some weeks of rest. I'm returning to school on the 16th, I've had about a month of rest, this is my last semester so I'm kinda of excited about it. Work starts between the end of this week and beginning of next week so yeah, back to the daily crazy routine tehee.
Rainbow, nice \,,/
