I think Tiffany or Heidi has the potential to win. Tiffany is a great designer, she has a big target on her back, but she is also a good strategist so we'll see. Heidi's also a great designer, but her strategizing skills are decent for all I know.
Too early to decide, but if I would have to choose right now, it would be Tiffany because I see her as a magnificent designer and a strategizer to get to the top spots. Even though I hate Tiffany for her cockiness and bitchiness, I think she can win.
It's hard to say. The designing levels keep on changing, personalities keep unraveling, it's nearly impossible to say who might win this season. But I think Iris can win, she just hasn't had the time to search for her inner winning side yet. GO IRIS!
In my opinion, it would have to be Iris. Like what PoptropicaSurvivor said, I think Iris will discover her winning side soon (as I hope). But since The Elimination Game hasn't happened yet, anything could go wrong. It's too early to say who may win.

Can't wait for part 2 of PoptropicaStars Fashion Fever! :D Go Iris! I hope she can design better next time. It looks like she's gonna be the "plain jane" and simple type of designer than the hyper, multi-colored talent type of Poptropican. I really hope Iris does make it into the final 2. I won't be mad at her if she doesn't.
