Flash Wednesday has always been about doing experiments within the YouTube community.
The first flash was to see what would happen to a random video and pretty much nothing happened other than it got a lot of views.
The 2nd Flash Wednesday was on a guy who made a lot of videos but got barely any views. He noticed the change but didn't really change much.
Then for last weeks Flash Wednesday I found a girl who had just posted her first video to give her a quick start and now she's super active and positive.
But this week I wanted to try it on someone I knew personally to see how this effects someone personally and what they would do with the crowd.
This is still a social experiment but I'm not going to do the SAME THING every week. All I'm going to do is keep it positive and helpful. That's all.
Some people have expressed their concern about me promoting a YouTube partner this week but it's not like being a partner gets you the views. Steven was struggling for views yet had a great idea to help others. I couldn't just sit back and do nothing.

I would love to have my face on it like whats on my background now with stuff that is on your page... You know with subscribe here and twitter facebook... etc... A different font though... If you watch a video or 2 you might see a something that works... I am going for comedy... And of course your opinion is always appreciated.
