Pole dance and pole fitness classes and lessons - come and spin with the best! Now with our very own dedicated dance and fitness studio in Newport Pagnell offering MORE than pole fitness and dancing.

Due to it's fantastic body toning and sculpturing benefits, pole dancing for fitness has taken off as a more widely accepted fitness & exercise class in recent years and is very rapidly creating a world wide pole fitness frenzy of fun fitness classes! Pole dancing for fitness was beautifully performed and brought to the mainstream in June 2010 by the wonderful Alesia Vazmitsel on the 2010 Britain's Got Talent, getting through to the semi-finals with her performance.

Utilising many muscle groups, pole dancing for fitness is great for toning, developing firmer arms, more defined shoulders and back and stronger and more defined abs too! With between 2 & 3 students to a pole, we can ensure a great workout.

Polenastics® has its own dance & fitness studio in Newport Pagnell, and also holds a number of evening and day time pole dancing for fitness classes in Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Buckingham, Fenny Stratford, Leighton Buzzard, Wolverton and Newport Pagnell. We also have a school in Vancouver Canada run by the fabulous Jess.

All Polenastics pole dancing for fitness classes welcome everyone as they are not limited to any age, fitness level or size and have a wide range of students, both male and female, and we offer student concessions, we would love to see you at a class :D

Pole dancing for fitness is a confidence boosting activity, it's very gymnastic and is a great physical activity complimenting all other aerobic, dance, parkour, gymnastic, combat, fitness and strength disciplines.
