I started pole dancing in April of 2008 and have been addicted ever since. I use a 45mm & 50mm chrome x-pert

I am a certified Yoga, Zumba (Latin Dance), & Pole Dance Instructor currently working on my Personal Training Certification. Fitness in my full time job and I couldn't be any happier! I truly love watching my students from all fitness genres progress and develop their confidence and body awareness.
