Hm, that's odd... I don't even have half of those options... Are you sure you're looking at the right place? Above "About me" is where "Channel description" should be. If you still can't find it, then I think you have kinda a different YouTube, or something...?

Click the Edit button you click to write stuff like, Name, About me, and such. One of the options you can edit is called "Channel description". Write whatever the heck you want there, and there you go!

When you edit your channel, it should say "Channel description" right above "About me" Just write whatever the heck you want there, and you got yourself some random text with no headline! :D
