Video Editor - VideoPad
--- VideoPad is freeware that you have the option to pay for to receive all its features. But its freeware version works fine with these lyric videos.
Audio Editor - Audacity
--- I don't really use it that much unless the volume of the clip is really that low, since VideoPad can't increase sound as much.

Unfortunately I cannot answer this question since it's against YouTube's Terms of Service rule 4C :
"You agree not to access Content through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the Service itself, the Embeddable Player, or other explicitly authorized means YouTube may designate."
