Hello there~ You seem to have stumbled upon my profile, and for that I bid thee welcome. First off, let me tell you a bit about myself. I love God, my family, extended family (friends), and my life. My favorite languages are Japanese, Vulcan (you haven't heard of it?), and Latin. I LOVE animation, especially Japanese anime and manga, and I also adore Classic Disney movies. I've got a soft spot for the vintage ages: music like Aerosmith, movies like Star Wars, and TV shows like Star Trek. I'm a Trekkie and Jedi combined, so with this much sci-fi love I can safely say that I'm on Team Sci-Fi. I've also got a gigantic knowledge of the Marvel Universe. Particularly the Spider-Man franchise, who is my favorite superhero by far because of his humanity, challenges, and not to mention the awesome superpowers.

I have plenty of heroes for their own respective reasons, and among them is Daft Punk, Christopher Paolini, J.K. Rowling, George Washington, my parents, and John Williams.

Personality-wise I'm not very hard to figure out. I'm not afraid of what other people think. I can be just as random and funny as the next person, and I'll gladly join in goofing off with my friends. But I would never do anything that would offend my morals or my God, so nice try. I have a deep respect and appreciation for the works of art of artists, especially authors, and I usually find myself emotionally attached to their worlds and characters. For many characters I begin to think of them as human beings and I care deeply for them. Because of this, I often have a more intimate understanding of them than other people who read or watch the series.

Why is this? The most logical explanation I can think of is my years and years of writing and creating my own "children". For me, they live inside me and are a part of who I am and how I act. I understand how strongly authors feel for their characters because I love and respect mine as if they were family.

As you can see I have gobs of favorite series. I love them all very much, and their stories and characters will always hold a special place in my heart. They have some of the most human characters that I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know; struggles and deliciously complex personalities are something that catch my attention and my sympathy. I'm extremely impressionable, drawn to different characters for independent reasons, yet loving them no less because of the differences.

My passion is writing and I do it constantly. I've been writing my whole life, and I still remember the first story I ever wrote. Over the years my writing has improved by leaps and bounds, so much so that my friends and family say that I'm better than many published novelists. My best friend said once that I'll be the next J.K. Rowling with my ideas. Who knows, really? It's all riding on my novel series, which I'm currently in the process of writing the first book of. I also love to draw, and recently I've gotten better at that too. Another thing that I've always loved is reading, which in my case the bigger the book the better. I read constantly and quickly, yet I retain an impression of the material that remains with me wherever I go. Music is also one of the biggest parts of my life, and it's something that I've both been able to hear and feel.. I've been playing the flute for eight years now and I'm quickly getting a hang of the guitar. A talent of mine is that I can hear a song and then find the exact notes on my instruments. My flute teacher calls it perfect pitch. I don't really have a favorite kind of music. Anything will do if I'm in the mood for it.

My favorite band of ALL TIME is Daft Punk, hands down. They have incredible vision and real musical talent; they can actually play the instruments they synthesize! *sarcasm implied* Music is an intensely personal thing for them, a fact which is evident in their tracks, which range from infectious and bursting with kinetic energy to the beautifully orchestrated score of Tron: Legacy, which was still tailored with their electronic touch.

I am a hardcore lover of fanfictions and am a prolific writer of them. When I say fanfiction, I mean a real story: well-written, with developed characters and a plot that makes sense, not some junk with Mary Sues running around or some other crime against humanity. Since most of my original ideas are undeveloped and I prefer writing with beloved characters from created series, fanfictions and series-related role-plays are often my outlet for my creative talent.
