I've used the crystal deodorant too and here is my experience. I'm sorry but I just have to chime in. With this crystal one you DO need to use it for a while to see if it works.

What happened to me is that the crystal deodorant worked for me incredibly well for about 6 months and ...

I have brown (on the lighter side) hair and just bought a bottle of blue velvet to mess around with. I don't want to bleach my hair (as I don't really want to and also I want a dark subtle color)

Do you think I will get the effect of a dark subtle purpleish blue if I do it on my hair color? Or ...

The orange forks you are using, did those come with your Top Styler?

If not, where did you get them? (What are they called) Those would be great to get uniform funky party waves!
