So if you are going to refute Van Allen's assessment of the risks of the Van Allen Belts then I don't know what else to say. Also I am dubious of what you call 'deadly' radiation. Even a nuclear bomb's radiation kills slowly - not instantly.

So when the scientific, physics and medical community at large are in agreement about the relative strengths and risks of both Van Allen Belt and cislunar transit, then I am pretty satisfied with their conclusions. But if you are saying that many hundreds of thousands of doctors, scientists and participants in space programs are actually wrong, then I have a big problem with that. Are they all idiots, and do they know nothing?
