About Me:
Here on my youtube site you will find many videos of Air Shows that I have and will continue to travel over to from state to state mainly on the east coast and I enjoy spectating, capturing, and sharing all the excitements that i've witnessed from many locations hosting these great air show and aviation events. And the good opportunity I get to enjoy from my youtube account is I get to view other great air show and aviation videos that was captured by other folks from not only North America, but also from around the world including England, Russia, China, Japan, etc. To simplify how you can search for any specific flight display that I have captured from an Air Show, you can see that i've categorized all the airshow videos by the airshow title itself and with all the flight displays from that particular show. They are all in order of appearance from the specific day of that show. That's why you'll notice the videos of the Navy Blue Angels or the Air Force Thunderbirds usually listed on the top of that categorized list. For instance, if you were interested in seeing the videos from the 2009 Rhode Island National Guard Air Show taken on June 27th, 2009, you will notice on my channel that the Blue Angels are on the top of that list while the US Army Black Daggers flag jump are at the bottom of that list. That is because the Black Daggers jump show was the first performance on that day while the Blue Angels were the conclusion for that days events. So basically the order of any videos of flight displays goes from the bottom to the top of the list. That also goes for all the other air shows that i've gone to. Thanks again for visiting my flying youtube site and enjoy wondering around.
There are some things that i'd like to point out here. People might be thinking that i'm doing this to get media credentials, to make a profit, or to be well recognized by the air show industry. That of course isn't true. Although I do have a feeling that the air show organizers, such as ICAS, has known about me and my youtube site for quite a long time, which is great. But to me it's about having days of enjoyment and sharing all the fun with everyone while I expect them to share me some excitements of their own. For instance, if you were to look up another youtube channel named spencerhughes2255, he and I have been in good contact for a while through youtube and eventually wounded up in contact through facebook. His name is Spencer Hughes, and he's got some Fantastic videos of alot of air shows that he's captured in the West Coast such as California, Nevada, Arizona, etc. Although the majority of what he's only captured are mainly modern jet fighter type aircraft while in my channel I share just about everything that was displayed throughout the day such as warbirds, civilian aerobatic performers, etc. But I know you'll definitely want to check out his youtube site for sure as he's covered alot of excitements from the West Coast Air Show locations. It is so good to be able to get a glimpse on stuff that I haven't been able to witness in person.
Another thing i'd like to point out is there are however some times where i've volunteered to capture some stuff for the actuall air show performers. For instance, i've been given the opportunity to stand by the taxi way during the last and final F-14 Tomcat Tactical Demonstration during the 2005 NAS Oceana Air Show located in Virginia Beach, VA, thanks to a couple good folks I met a while back who use to fly with VF-101 "Grim Reapers". They were nice enough to get me over by the taxiway while I was asked to return to them a favor by sending them a copy of the video on DVD, which I was happy to do so. Also there are times where some air show performers will utilize my youtube videos to give the public and air show organizers a glimps of what they can expect by embedding my videos on their websites.
Once again, thanks for visiting my site. See you soon at an air show in the near future, Happy Blue Skies!!
