The USSR would have won against the nazis without D-day happening,after the battle of Kursk the Germans were on the back foot and retreated all the way back to Berlin,without D-day it would have taken longer but the outcome would have been the same.Though i'm in no way belittling the bravery and courage of the British,Canadian and American troops who took part in the D-day landings.
