About Pipes Ablaze!
Bagpipes, ah, the love of my life, the passion of my childhood.
It is the first type of music I ever remember liking, and as I grew up, an increasing urge to dance to the blaze of the massed pipes and drums.
From the haunting hiland wail of the pibroch, a comfort when i lost my first love, to the twirling strains of Firing Drums and Bagpipes Blazing, it captivated me, the best type of music on the face of the planet. It expressed the joy of life, the sheer joy of living,
Come let us march to the pipers rousing tune.
Lately, it became the symbol of being different to my parents, freedom from control, freedom to be my self, almost the essence of my difference from Dad.
As with the last break up, the wail of the pipes is set to be my comfort now that i have broken up with Jane
