About A New Hope Productions

Pinto Pictures was started by actor/director Brandon Hillock. Brandon Hillock made his debut in film & television playing Deputy Sacks on the hit WB show, "Veronica Mars." Upon the end of the show, Brandon decided to form his own film company to pursue his dream of being in front of and behind camera.

With the current crew, Pinto Pictures is currently in production on a few different short films. The first of which is being released by the end of the year.

My name is Brandon Hillock and I'm an aspiring actor/filmmaker from California. I had a recurring role on WB's "Veronica Mars" as Deputy Sacks. Once the show ended, I became one of the 1st official "Captain Jack Sparrow's" of Disneyland, CA. Since then, I've been playing Jack Sparrow for many different venues. I appeared at the CoDA (Coalition for Dwarf Advocacy) Fundraiser in August 2008 with fellow "Pirates" actors Marty Klebba and Lee Arenberg.

I'm continued my career in film by writing and producing a "Pirates of the Caribbean" short entitled, "iPhone of the Caribbean" which will be out at the end of the year.
