And grab ALL of the mouse drivers on that page in this video. Never hurts to have a few choices if you need them.

Another tip I have is to add the following to the AUTOEXEC.BAT before the vm.bat line:

REM | CHOICE /C:AB /T:A,5 > NUL

This will put a 5 second pause as the machine starts. If you need to get into the machine to make changes - yiou simply hold [Control] and press C when you get to this delay.
