Kauai Police Officers and Kauai Prosecutors have perjured themselves, falsified police reports, filed false charges in retaliation to the complaints I have filed against Kauai Police Officers on three occasions within a 6 month window.

It is this evidence and more why Prosecutor Marc E. Guyot interfered with a court order, causing 2 cases lodged against Pinkerton to being "DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE"
