Enjoyed the vid Colin, doing it myself next September before i move out to Australia, like you, i'm a PT and i think a good cross traing regime is great for this type of challenge, definitely sounded like a Rex Shuttleworth moment as you cycled up Shap LOL 'and another caaar'
