  I learned #6 from Bruce Juchnick cira 1982 who learned it from Ray Arquilla. My version is closer to what you would see from Mr. Speakman perform. None the less this form is important historically strong similarities in what I learned. Thanks for putting this film up on you tube.

About this user

I received my Black Belt in Kenpo 1976. I went on to have four Tracy Karate Studios in the Denver metro area 80s-90s. I currently teach a hand full of students privately at my home Dojo in Pine, Colorado.

I personally feel all systems of Kenpo/kempo have something to offer to the student. The key is to "work the system you study" Learn to look for similarities not differences"...leave the arguing to the insecure.

August of 2011 I was inducted into the International Kenpo Hall Of Fame. At 59 I still train 5-6 days a week
practicing the Tracy Kenpo system. In 2002 I received my 7th degree Black Belt form the Tracys Headquarters.
