Reitia è la divinità somma nella religione dei Veneti, ciò significa che abbraccia tutta la natura e che non esiste nulla al di fuori né al di sopra di lei.

tessitrice, cioè colei che tesse la tela della vita. E' la Dea madre del parto; signora degli animali selvaggi,
dei boschi e delle acque. Risanatrice e compassionevole, la dea Reitia è una dea della scrittura e i suoi compagni inseparabili sono il lupo mite, l'anatra e la chiave magica.
