I always thought that the double punch is a awesome technique. If you just run forward and constantly jab your hands in front of you you'll either get KO'd or you'll of just got a rounds worth of strikes in 15 seconds.

I don't believe having planted feet makes you hit harder. When I hit hard it's because my whole body is physically moving forward. Maybe some people can generate power with flat feet but I can guarantee if you had a psi machine, the guy who lunges would hit twice as hard.

The only option that makes sense is colour sand and buff. Drive the car until you want to sell it then get it stripped and redone. It should take a few weeks not 6 months and you should just rent a shop, hire a prep guy and a painter and a detailer.
