i could only watch about a minute (less) of the video of the chickens used for the kapparot in los angeles. what can one say? it seems there is no middle ground....everyone seems to take one side or the other- either you hear and see those poor chickens in pain, suffering, literally screaming, or you're deaf, blind and oblivious to it- purposely or otherwise.
very sad and discouraging to see, but even more that so many know of this and yet justify its use- even those who are not jews or practice kapparot who still patronize chicken farms for their meat.
thank you for the difficult work that you do.
my wish and prayer is that every day someone sees your videos, at least one person opens their eyes to the truth and changes their life or gets involved somehow in ending this suffering or easing it somehow.
