Hey !! thanks for your comment i've heard about the "starvation mode" before, idk i've heard different opinions on that, my metabolism is fucked up anyways i have a history of bulimia, compulsive exercise and idk. im doing it this way cause i'm entering college in 17 days. so i have to push myself. keep you updated :D thankyou and good luck on your weightloss

Hey Ive watched all of the watch me shrink videos and have been also inspired to blog my own weight loss journey.. i started today and plan on loosing 35 lbs.. it can be quite much.. i mean ive started and stopped and vice versa plenty of times.. but i think if we encourage each other we can do it! good luck to us all!!
