This is how supercooled water droplets react when presented with condensation nuclei, not HAARP, chem trails, aliens, or any other non-existent, ridiculous, pseudoscientific, I-refuse-to-take-any-science-courses kind of phenomenon.

It's a weak front. It happens all the time. I have a few pictures of them myself. I don't mean to judge, but even the most rudimentary of Wikipedia searches could reveal this.
