So far it seems to be saying that there are too many digital artists, and this is one of the groups(radical conservative) who will do everything in their power to keep people from perfecting their skills and sharing their knowledge with the world, in order to prevent an overflow of artists("only a select few"). Who the freak are they to say who can be an artist with "the keys" and who cannot? That is the message I see here, and it's a disturbing look into a horrific future of massive censureship and mind control.
