I don't have a memory card, but someone else said that a USB can also work if you don't have the memory card. I don't know what you mean by file, so was I supposed to back it up to computer first before I accidentally deleted the texts? Or do you mean deleted files as in deleted files from the phone? Thanks!!:)

Yes, it can retrieve text deleted if your text was saved as a file. Your phone memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.

Here's the steps for your reference
1. Connect phone memory card to computer. Under "My Computer", note the drive letter assigned to your memory card (usually G: or H:).
2. Download this program on your compute. here is the link: http://www.asoftech.com/adr/
3. Install and start the program.
4. select phone memory card drive, click Next. Now the scanning process will start to search the deleted files. After a while you will then get a list of recoverable files.
5. Press Recover to perform full recovery. You can view recovered files for deleted text.

I heard that the software asfotech also helps to retrieve deleted texts. Is this true?? Somebody said that not only can asfotech retrieve lost photos, but it can also retrieve your old texts. Is this true?? Thanks!!!
