You may have a lot of this world's goods and pleasures or be a pauper. Whatever your state, it is only temporary. When you die, whatever state you are in then is forever. Make sure it is the right state...

There will be a lot of good church members in Hell. It doesn't matter if they were pastors, deacons, Sunday School teachers, choir members, good tithers or baptized and good attenders. Unless you are in Christ you will be in Hell no matter how much you were in church. Be sure that you are in Christ and then get in a church that preaches from the (KJV) with believers that will love you and help you grow in Christ. Here is the key to obtaining the right standard for your walk as a believer:

God is not, has not and never will be interested in your ability to do anything for or for that matter against him. God is not interested in the opinions of others about you. As a believer God is not interested in what you might accomplish for him in your own strength, ability / power.

What God is interested in is His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. Our very acceptance by God comes only through His Son. We have been accepted in the beloved (Eph 1:6.) God accepts us because we are in Christ (Rom 3:24.) What did we do to get into Christ? We believed the report of the word of God when it tells us that we were ungodly (Rom 5:6) and without any redeeming value or merit at all (Rom 3:23.)

What is true in our justification before God is also true in our walk... there was nothing we could do or bring that God would accept in exchange for redemption of our souls. He did it all for us. All he asks of us is to believe the report of the word of God. - Doug Dodd

The reason people have willingly believed fables about the Bible is that they sincerely do NOT WANT TO DO WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS! They WANT to believe fables! "THEY WILL NOT ENDURE SOUND DOCTRINE; BUT, HAVING ITCHING EARS, WILL HEAP TO THEMSELVES TEACHERS AFTER THEIR OWN LUSTS; AND WILL TURN AWAY THEIR EARS FROM THE TRUTH, AND SHALL BE TURNED UNTO FABLES" (II Timothy 4:3).

SALVATION COMES BY FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST ONLY! What are the results of Salvation?

There are absolutes. Christ Jesus is the only way and evolution is a fantasy, a lie and false teaching. The modern bible versions are based on bogus texts and supported by pseudo-scholasticism.

We must conclude that the Church does not need more scholars in this age, but more humble men. It does not need to move closer to the world, but further away. It does not need to ease the difference between faithfulness to the whole truth and compromise, but to stamp this difference indelibly on the minds of men, for that difference may someday be clearly marked as heaven or hell; and it will be an eternal difference.
