Phlatline LLC in Russia was formed in 2004 and started to represent three important and big Europe companies at one time: Phlatline GmbH, Splash-Entertainment AG and Heavy Rotation GmbH. This support let young company become # 1 hip-hop and R`n`B agency in Russia. Big success was brought by making the unique international hip-hop festival Splash! in Russia , thats taking place in Moscow. But this festival makes every person all over Russia and CIS a part of big hip-hop community.

Phlatline in Russia won`t stop with what they had already achieved and puts new goals to attain. Working with a lot of night clubs promoters all over our country gives us a plenty of resources to make our company prolific and we still open for new collaborations and always want to maintain with our friends.
