Q: What makes you want to learn to play the piano?

A: It's a very beautiful instrument, and I have always wanted to learn to play the piano ever since I was a child, but my parents prefer me to study, so I didn't have the chance to learn the piano back then.

Q: How long have you been learning to play the piano?

A: I first started teaching myself since 2007, and I have been taking formal piano lesson since March, 2008.

A: Who inspires you the most for practicing hard on the piano.

A: Pianist Lang Lang inspires me the most for practicing hard on the piano. He practiced very hard on the piano especially during his childhood, his passion for playing the piano and the childhood story really inspire me a lot.. ^^

Q: How many hours do you try to practice each day?

A: I try to practice at least two hours a day every day.

Q: How do you normally practice?

A: I try to practice scales and arpeggios as often as i can, because they lay the foundation for improving my technique. After I have done some technique exercises, then I start practicing the songs i like.

Q: What materials do u normally use to improve your technique and sight-reading?

A: Right now I use Hanon (The Virtuoso Pianist in 60 Exercises) and Czerny, Op. 599 to improve my technique and sight-reading.

A: What piano exam have you done in the past?

Q: I did Grade 5 (St Cecilia School of Music) at the end of 2009, and I passed Grade 6 Trinity College piano exam with merit in 2011.
