@BACKYARDBARBER Hi if you mean the cloth like what is used in the video to roll the hair, I don't use cloth - which looks like a good idea. I actually use my fingers to blend the strands together. I hope that answers it.

Oh yes you can sew in the invisible part. You make rows of tiny corn rows where your part is and just like you glue the tracks close, you can sew it down on top of each other all the way back.
