I'm very much looking forward to David Wald's future VA work as Gajeel when he becomes a member of Fairy Tail. He sounds INCREDIBLY sinister here, I wonder how he'll try to pull off the good-but-not-so-nice guy voice.

On another note, I have YET to see a Funimation-based dub that I'm disappointed with. Funimation has the best VAs employed, and...

I'm nothing short of THRILLED that Brina Palencia is playing Juvia. She is one of my favorite voice actresses, due to her ability to maintain different pitches. She pulls off Juvia epic, serious moments as well as her fangirl moments quite nicely.

Animax also screwed up Mirajane. I liked Funimation's choice in Monica (VA of Mei Chang from FMA) rather than this overly seductive creepy voice here.

If there's anything to be content with in this scene, it's that Soichiro died in peace. He died believing that his son was not Kira. That's a nice feeling that anyone on their deathbed could use.
