About this user

I was raised in Bozeman, Montana. In 1981 I graduated from college at Humboldt State University in California, with a degree in Marine fisheries biology. I worked for a number of years in Hawaii in both research and commercial shrimp aquaculture. Summer construction employment put me through college, and his construction knowledge was utilized in building aquaculture infrastructure. In the mid 80's I returned to the mainland and in 1986 I earned my California State License Board General Contractors License (B501361). I spent the next eighteen years developing a reputation as a quality builder in the Carmel area of California's Monterey Peninsula. I have always kept a video record of my projects, and now technology is allowing me to share this video in an interesting and educational format. In 2004 I returned to Bozeman. In returning to the Gallatin Valley I have continued to work to establish new construction and remodeling business relationships based on trust, service, and a track record of successful projects completed.

Interests

I have a wide range of hobbies. My aquatic orientated hobbies include surfing, flat water kayak racing, and participating in masters swimming programs. My land based hobbies are skiing, mountain biking, weights, and anything that keeps up physical fitness. By far my most important recreational interest is horses. I own two Quarter horses, and I enjoy team roping, and general horse training. I have a video production company called Greenridge Productions that specializes in horse training video production. The production company's website is www.greenridgeproduction.com My interest in horse training led to the interest and participation in horse training video production. This interest and practical experience in video production has set up my move into construction videos that I produce and post on the blog tab of my construction website at www.bozeman-remodeling.com.
