Nice kit. I ride to work every day and its true, a small amount of exercise is all that's needed. The reality is that i could do no exercise and still maintain a healthy figure, simply because i eat healthy and AM healthy. People only put on weight as a symptom of being unhealthy and they are unhealthy because they eat E-numbers a.k.a preservatives, colours, flavours, emulsifiers, thickeners, stabilisers, regulators. In short, if its got a three digit number, don't eat it and you'll get healthy.
