	HHO Dry Cell Testing #3 New Cell (1 week ago) I think it is the power supply. As the temp comes and the amps increase the voltage drops a bit. Fewer volts to the plates = less efficiency Its just a theory. Guess I need big O monster variable power supply like zerofossilfuel has.
