@MasterOfSparks Corporations are sued all the time, every day...what the hell are you talking about? In fact that's one reason we have some of the laws we have about "corporate personhood." If a corporation cannot be viewed as being made up of people then it cannot be sued. Do you want that?

If corporations do not have status as "juristic person", they cannot enter into contracts nor can they be sued. Would you all rather a corporation just be untouchable? The alternative I suppose is just to forgo some of our own rights as persons. This is still the USA and we still have rights.
