Desire continues to grow in the heart of the son of Adam until it destroys him, and no one is deprived of contentment but he will find himself lost in the valleys of confusion and depression, turning right and left in the hope of finding that which he wishes and longs for to give him satisfaction, but nothing will fill the heart of the son of Adam but dust, and Allaah accepts the repentance of those who repent.

....Allaah Mighty and Manificient has a concern for those He loves amongst His servants. Therefore each time His servant slips and relapses into the abyss of desire , He leads him out of it to the summit of success. He makes makes easy for him routes to repentance, He alerts him of the vilness of his mistakes such that in fear, he rushes to be excused and He afflicts him with trails and tribulations that would serve to expiate his crime.
