Fix his thumb when needed.

If it's fixed, do this things in order (or without this order, but fast): Burn him, make him eat syrup, throw vampire tears (blue liquid) to his heart, shock him, heal him with the syringe. Then, repeat.

I have a good trick, but it only works if you're really good at this game.

At the start, before opening him up, heal him one time. Make him have at least 50 health. Then procceed with the operation. Don't heal him again when you're already saving his life, cause if not you'll lose the combo.
