I worked quite a lot of my videos, which can not be made public, because they claim the YT-on agreement to a third-party content, the cause of the voice recorder MUSIC. You can't edit all you do is cut out footage, put in titles and poor sound affects. You wouldn't know anything about the professional editing programs. I wouldnt be suprised if all you use is Imovie or Windows movie maker, or some other free editing software. There is no way you would be accepted into the film industry. By the way I have experience with Sony Vegas, Cinema 4d and Adobe after-affects.

John: Do you have a physical address for Orchard Music, particularly the two owners, Richard whateverhisname is and Cohen for our lawyer? You're right, this has got to stop. My brother and I worked for years to save this film "Dirty Feet" to DVD and have known the producer and film maker for years and now these jerks are suggesting that they own the copyright to the film or music or the images from the film? We have disputed already this ridiculous claim and tried to call Youtube/Google but were on hold for 45 minutes. Then I got really pissed and called California Lawyers for the Arts. Dear John: We have received a message from Youtube that read Orchard Music claims right for footage and music content that we own and have the paper work to prove it. All rights to the movie, "Dirty Feet," were assigned to us by the widow of the film maker, Ted Nikas, who in 1965, by the act of making the film, per the copyright act, owned the film rights and all the rights to the original soundtrack, which he paid John and the Bazooki Boys to create. None of the music for the soundtrack was ever actually copyrighted, thus we consider it public domain and would not make a big deal about its use as long as anyone who uses it gives us credit: copyright, 1965, by Ted Nikas, and copyright, 2011, by Nick and Mike Campbell. We have the paper here assigning all rights to us if you wish us ever to help you fight these thiefs. They can go to hell. Thanks for posting your video about this scam. Nick and Mike Campbell
