About this user

My passion for Greek music goes back to when I was a child 12 years old .
I loved the Bouzouki so much that I started having Bouzouki Lessons By my old friend Mike Mina. From there I went to Athens for 3 months and had Lessons from the famous song writer Theodoros Therveniotis who wrote songs for Stelios Kazantzidis Manolis Aggelopoulos ect
I fell in love with the Laiko style of music and loved to listen to Stelios Kazantzidis Manolis Aggelopoulo Strados Dionisiou ect
My main passion was for S Kazantzidis
A few years ago I had a call from my old Buddy Mike Mina ,who at the time was in his recording studio recording a young man, and said to me " Listen to this voice and tell me what you think ". As soon as I heard this young man sing I thought he had a strong voice like Stelio Kazantzidi. His name is Christakis Anastasiou.
From then I opened my new company Trichordo Laikes Mousikes Productions LTD
In 2008 I got Chris Anastasiou to signed up with my company, and am now managing him
Since then we did a concert Dedication to Stelios Kazantzidis and Grigori Mpithigotsi with Dimitris Mpasis ,Sophia Papasoglou and Christakis Anastasiou in Cyprus at the Patihioo in Larnaca, and London At the Forum in June of 2009. We are now taking it to Israel and Australia
I will keep you informed as to when the next concert will be in London. I am working on bringing Themis Adamandithis with Dimitris Mpasis Melina Aslanidou and Christakis Anastasiou this year in May 2010 at the Royal Festival hall in London.
