BTW. For a young guy you already have great technique with your vibrato which for most players is really challenging. If you havn't already checked it out, get Stevie Ray Vaughn live at the El Mocombo DVD. It with blow your mind and anyone who studies it can only get better.

Strats can sound a little piercing on bridge pup some times. I have my second tone control wired to the bridge instead of the middle. Turned down to about 7.. 7.5 that would have been perfect. Had the amp settings been changed the neck pup wouldn't have sounded so snappy.

Your tone here is excellent. It goes without saying that your technique is great as well, but I really appreciate the effort you have put into your sound. So many players out there can play a billion notes per second but sound like garbage. You are not one of those players. I enjoyed this very much.

I was just listening to "The Panther" earlier this week but this blows it away.

Talk about layin it all out. There are very few that can channel that kind of emotion into their music. Inevitably it's seems that they are the ones to die young, suffer personal anguish, loss etc. This is what the blues is all about. As well as a celebration of life.
