Under the stars shinning so bright?
Remember the days we spent in the sun,
When times were simple, before heartache begun?
Before I lost you to the darkness in your mind,
Before I lost what I had tried so hard to find.
Because our love is truer than my words to you today,
So I beg you to not let the memories slip away.
Remember the day you first told me you loved me,
As the world faded away and you were all I could see?
Remember the time you held me in your embrace?
Remember the first time I saw your face?
I remember every second I spent in your arms,
I remember the first moment I fell for your charms.
I wont forget all that I mean to you,
I cant forget everything that together we knew.
So please dont leave me alone with these rhymes,
I beg you to please remember the time.
