About Me and Martial arts
These are mostly videos of me trainging on the heavy bag with a varried style/syles of my own, making use of many differnt body parts and in many differnt ways e.g. left and right jab combinations, hook combinations, back fist combinations, spinning back fist combinations, lunges and combinations, palm fist combinations, elbow combinations, spinning elbow combos, knees and rising knees, high and low combinations, spinning back kicks and combos, high and low push kicks and assorted stance breaker moves. I will try and get some sparring, spar training, grapple and counter videos up as soon as I can :).
