I like to get to the gym as often as I can, I find it very helpful as time to think and relieve stress, and also to maintain a level of fitness to deal with the hectic pace of modern life!. Tennis is one of my favorite sports to watch, and in recent years I have been a regular attendee at the Australian Open in January which my former employer Optus sponsors. I like to spend time with my family and particularly with my son Hugo. We enjoy spending time walking and playing in parks and bush land. The family and I enjoy travelling particularly in Australia and New Zealand which have so many beautiful places to visit. We particularly like to visit the Daintree, having been there three times in the last few years. There is nothing like the feeling of peace from being on the northern side of the Daintree River. We also love the Central Coast (Killcare and Putty Beach especially); Australia's fabulous wine regions including the Hunter, the Barossa and Rutherglen; and in New Zealand we love the west coast of the South Island.

If I have the time I like to read, mainly non-fiction history, politics, biography and economics and some fiction.
