Thanks Paul for all your tips. last weak i did a small home made speech about taking care of the body heart mind and soul, i called it "slow down America". what i didn't know is that you had it all covered already. :-) Keep up the great work.

you are an impressive 46 yr old man..i mean you are ripped...i have a question for you that has been haunting me forever..what would be the best type of training for someone interested in mixed martial arts and other contacts sports:muscular endurance(using bodyweight and free weights) or brute strength(free weights with 3-5 reps)...thanks

Do you know what Adrenal hypo or hyperplasia is I forget which one but they said my blood says I have that I also have idiopathic chronic pancreatitis with a non functioning pancreas (no not from alcohol it's idiopathic)?

paul i was just listning to adam corolla's latest podcast where he supporets big pharma, defends them, and supports the swine flu vaccine. His guest dr. bruce says tymerisol is harmless. I dont understand how these people can be so intelligent and yet so foolish. I hear the national emergency is to keep the people who give vaccines safe from liability from the vaccines effects. What do you think about the H1N1 Vaccine?

@ozwunder69...so that is the deciding factor of how much authority you have? That is not his specialty..it is teaching health, educating about health and helping people with rehabilitation. Ask the man how many people he has educated, how many peoples lives he has changed, how many people he has helped that no one else (MD's, etc) could not help, how many people he has rehabilitated all over the world....I bet that adds up to WAY more than even the best Olympic coach out there. Keep living and understand bro, that life is not about how much you accomplish on the outside!
