The Paul Carlson Partnership is an international relief and development organization working to catalyze sustainable communities in places of deep poverty. It was first incorporated in 1966 in memory of Dr. Paul E. Carlson, an Evangelical Covenant Church missionary in the Congo who was killed during the Simba rebellion of 1964.
