JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!
1 Corinthians 9:24-27 Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but [only] one receives the prize? So run [your race] that you may lay hold [of THE PRIZE] and make it yours.Now every athlete who goes into training CONDUCTS HIMSELF temperately and RESTRICTS HIMSELF in all things. They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but WE [do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness] that cannot wither. Therefore I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim). I do not box like one beating the air and striking without an adversary. But [LIKE A BOXER] I buffet my body [handle it roughly, DISCIPLINE it by hardships] and SUBDUE it, for fear that after proclaiming to others the Gospel and things pertaining to it, I myself should become unfit [not stand THE TEST, be unapproved and rejected as a counterfeit].
1 Corinthians 1:18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, BUT TO US who are being saved IT IS THE POWER OF GOD.
1 Thessalonians 4:3 ..this is the will of God, your SANCTIFICATION.
Daniel 12:3 Those who have insight WILL SHINE brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.
Isaiah 60:1,2 Arise, shine; for YOUR LIGHT HAS COME! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will ARISE OVER YOU, and HIS GLORY WILL BE SEEN UPON YOU.

Thank you Solomon. You are an Anointed man of God. Your responses to my pleading prove so. I esteem all others above myself. I was led by the Holy Spirit to trust in you for this. Jesus rarely ever said someone's name more than once. Jesus wanted to make sure that Martha was paying attention. Solomon, please agree with me in prayer that my wife Jazmin will know to be more like Mary, and always have that hunger and thirst for God's righteousness. Excellent response. Only replace "control" with "try". Forgive me if I was too forward; I am 51. Oh how I would love to go back to my 30's. I was only doing what 1 John 4:1 says: "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world." Solomon, you passed with flying colors. Please understand that it's not me so much, but my wife that I am looking out for, as she does not have a background of Bible study when she was in Peru, like you and I. You and I may be the only Bible she reads because she is like Martha instead of Mary. Luke 10:41,42: And Jesus answered and said unto her, "Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her".

"PastorSolomon1" is just a my youtube name. I am a member of the Body of Christ as you are. Jesus diarmed principalities; there is no need to rearm them. I am under no laws therefore in my freedom I choose to listen to music to relax me. Let us not try to control each other. We are all learning, and for the record...my older teachings on holiness are very extreme. Today I am taking a new outlook toward grace and mercy.
