Türkiye, uzun yillardir hiç bir ülkede görülmemis bir biçimde teröre maruz kalmistir. Bu terör çesitli sekillerde kendisini göstermis ve sonuçta binlerce masum insanimiz hayatini kaybetmis, binlerce insanimiz sakatlanmis ve milyarlarca dolarlik ekonomik kayba ugranmistir. Türkiye'de faaliyet gösteren terör örgütlerinin hepsinden daha fazla tahribat yapan ve toplumumuzda onarilamaz yaralar açan KADEK terör örgütüdür.

Baslangiçta PKK adiyla terör eylemlerine baslayan KADEK terör örgütünün 1984 yilindan bugüne kadar sivil halka karsi ayrim yapmaksizin çocuklara, hatta bebeklere, kadinlara, yaslilara ve bölge halkina hizmet eden, çogunlugu ögretmen, din adami ve devlet görevlilerine karsi uyguladigi terör eylemleri nedeniyle; 11.483 (5415'i ölü, 6068'i yarali) sivil, 17.875 (5871'i sehit, 12004'ü yarali) güvenlik gücü mensubu olmak üzere 30.000 üzerinde vatandasimiz yaralanmis veya sehit olmustur.

Yine bölge halkinin hizmetinde faaliyet gösteren 250'si okul, 110'u cami, 50'si saglik kurulusu olmak üzere toplam 2000 civarinda tesis, yapilan saldirilarla tahrip edilmistir.Bu güne kadar KADEK terör örgütü ile yapilan mücadele için toplam 150 milyar dolar civarinda harcama yapildigi tahmin edilmektedir.Bu terörist grup, ABD Disisleri Bakanligi'nin resmi olarak yayinlanan "Yabanci Terör Örgütleri"ne iliskin raporunda 1997'den itibaren 30 büyük terör örgütü içinde gösterilmis ve 11 eylül saldirisindan sonra da açiklanan listede yer almistir.

Ayrica AB tarafindan hazirlanan "Terör Örgütleri Listesi"'ne de PKK adi altinda dahil edilmistir.Avrupa'da 1990'li yillardan itibaren bazi ülkeler tarafindan da terör örgütü olarak kabul edilen KADEK terör örgütünün, özellikle mücavir ülkelerden ve bazi Bati Avrupa ülkelerinden degisik sekillerde destek gördügü bilinmektedir. Bu ülkelerin KADEK terör örgütüne sagladigi destegi; örgüte politika belirlemek ve strateji vermek, üst düzey örgüt liderlerine barinma imkani saglamak, lojistik destek (silah ve mühimmat) temin etmek, kamp yeri tahsis etmek, egitim vermek, finansman temin etmek, sahte kimlik/pasaport temin etmek, tedavi imkani saglamak, uyusturucu ve insan kaçakçiligi yapmasini desteklemek, istihbarat kuruluslarinca eylem yapacak örgüt mensuplarina istihbari bilgi temin etmek, basliklari altinda toplamak mümkündür.KADEK terör örgütü kendi propagandasini yapabilmek ve operasyonel imkan ve kabiliyetlerini artirabilmek maksadiyla, toplam 30 ülkede bazi cephe kuruluslari teskil etmistir.
Bu güne kadar 30.000'nin üzerinde insanimizi katleden ve yapmis oldugu bunca tahribat ve gerçekler ortada iken terör örgütünün maske takarak terörist kimliginden kurtulmasi mümkün degildir. Su kesinlikle bilinmelidir ki terör örgütü ne degisikligine giderse gitsin yaptiklarinin hesabini verecektir. Türkiye, adi ne olursa olsun terör örgütü ve yandaslari ile kararli mücadelesine devam edecektir.
