i did it again. it was great. the week had a few low points, but the good things made it all better. if you are somewhat negative about your current life, or even if you're just grumpy a lot, give this project a shot! it kind of makes you step back and look at everything with a positive attitude which is really nice, and also healthy! HEALTHY! YOU CAN BE HEALTHY WITHOUT GOING TO THE GYM! what a time to be alive.
